01These terms

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Business with AI LLC ("Business with AI", "we", "us", "our"). They cover the website at businesswithai.com, the AI Employee Starter Kit and its add-on kits, the paid product we call the Vault, and any other products we sell.

By buying or using any of it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products. Our Privacy Policy is part of this agreement and explains how we handle your personal information.

02Who can buy and use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to commit that company to these terms, and "you" then means both you and the company.

One purchase is for one person. If several people in a business need their own copy or their own access, each needs their own purchase.

03What we offer

The AI Employee Starter Kit. A set of downloadable files for setting up an AI employee in ChatGPT or Claude: step-by-step guides as PDFs, AI builder files your AI uses to build your employee, ready-made Skills, and a Task Library. It is delivered as a ZIP file.

Add-on kits. Extras you can add when you buy the Starter Kit, currently 10 Prebuilt AI Employees and the AI Employee Training and Management Kit. Each is delivered as its own ZIP file. What each one contains is described where you buy it.

The Vault. Paid access to our library of researched business ideas. Each one comes with the research behind it, a scored opportunity breakdown, a step-by-step build plan with prompts you paste into an AI assistant, a launch plan, and the templates and AI agent files that go with it. New ideas are added over time. The Vault is sold as a one-time purchase for lifetime access or as a yearly subscription, and which one you are buying is stated at checkout before you pay.

04Your download page and account

Starter Kit and add-ons. When your payment goes through you land on a download page for your order, and we email you a link to it. That link is how you get your files, now and later, so keep the email and do not share the link: anyone who has it can download your files. Buying the Starter Kit does not create an account.

The Vault. Buying the Vault creates an account tied to your email address, and you set a password when you first arrive. Keep it to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at support@businesswithai.com if you think someone else has got into it.

Give us accurate details, and keep your email address current, since that is how we reach you about your purchase and your access.

05Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by paying you also accept Stripe's terms for that transaction. We never see or store your full card number.

We run promotional and time-limited pricing, and we change our prices as our products grow. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you buy. A later price rise does not affect a purchase you have already made, and a later discount does not entitle you to a partial refund of what you paid.

Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT, or GST unless the checkout says otherwise. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added and shown at checkout.

If a price is displayed with an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund that payment rather than fulfill it at the wrong price.

06Vault subscriptions and renewals

If you buy the Vault's yearly subscription, it renews automatically each year at the then-current renewal price, charged to the card you used, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance if the renewal price changes.

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@businesswithai.com, or from your account where that option is available. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no part of that payment is refunded.

If a renewal payment fails, we and Stripe may retry it. If it keeps failing, access ends and you can restart any time by subscribing again. Your saved ideas and progress stay in your account while it exists, so coming back puts you where you left off.

07What lifetime access means

Lifetime access to the Vault means a single payment with no renewal, and it lasts for as long as we operate the Vault. It belongs to you and cannot be transferred or sold to anyone else.

If we ever have to shut the Vault down, we will give lifetime customers at least 30 days' notice by email and a way to download the material you have been using. We do not promise that every feature or every idea available today will still be there tomorrow, and content is added, updated, and retired over time.

08Refunds

The Starter Kit and its add-ons: 30-day money-back guarantee

If the AI Employee Starter Kit is not right for you, email support@businesswithai.com within 30 days of your purchase from the address you bought with, and we will refund the full amount you paid for that order, including any add-on kits you bought with it. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take several business days to show it. Once an order is refunded, its download page stops working, and we ask you to delete the files you downloaded.

The guarantee covers one refund per customer. If you buy again after being refunded, the new purchase is final.

The Vault: all sales final

Vault purchases are final, and we do not refund them in whole or in part. The Vault is delivered in full the moment your payment goes through: you get the whole library, every plan, every prompt, and every template immediately, so there is nothing to return. By buying, you ask us to give you access straight away, you agree that delivery is complete as soon as you can sign in, and, to the extent the law lets you, you give up any right to cancel or withdraw that would otherwise apply to a digital purchase. This applies to one-time purchases and subscription payments, including a renewal you forgot was coming. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges, and it does not refund a charge already made.

Billing errors and chargebacks

Two things are always put right, whatever you bought: a duplicate charge or a technical billing error, and a case where we cancel your order ourselves. If you cannot get to what you paid for, that is a support problem and we will fix it. Email support@businesswithai.com before disputing a charge with your bank, because a chargeback closes your access while it is investigated, and a problem we could have solved in an hour turns into weeks.

Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

09What you can do with what you buy

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use what you buy to build and run your own businesses. For the Starter Kit and its add-ons, that includes the guides, the AI builder files, the Skills, the Task Library, and the employee packages, and it does not expire. For the Vault, it covers the research, the plans, the prompts, the templates, and the AI agent files while your access is active.

You can give these files to your own AI tools, edit and adapt them however you like, use what they help you produce in your own business and your own marketing, and keep using anything you built, even after a Vault subscription ends.

10What you cannot do

• Share your download link or your login, or give anyone else access to your files or your account.
• Sell, licence, publish, upload, or give away our files or content, in whole or in part, whether as they are or lightly reworded, including on file-sharing sites, marketplaces, or in communities.
• Use our content to build or run a competing kit, course, template pack, membership, newsletter, or database of business ideas.
• Copy the Vault in bulk, scrape the site, or use automated tools to download the library.
• Use our content to train an AI model, or feed it into one for that purpose. Giving our files to an AI assistant to set up your own AI employee or build your own business is exactly what our products are for, and that is fine.
• Remove our notices or branding from anything you were given.
• Try to get around a paywall, sign-in, download limit, or any other technical limit, or help anyone else do so.
• Use the site or our products for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms the service or other customers.

11What you build is yours

The business you create, and the AI employees you set up for it, are yours. We claim no share of the business or its revenue, and no rights over the code, the brand, the content, or the customers you build with what you learned here.

Our products themselves stay with us. The kits and their files, the Vault, the website, the research, the plans, the prompts, the templates, the designs, and the Business with AI name and logo belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

12Tools and costs outside our products

Our products are used with tools we do not run. The Starter Kit and its add-ons need your own ChatGPT or Claude account, on a plan that supports Projects, and the Vault's build plans use others, such as an AI coding assistant, a payment processor, a hosting provider, and a domain registrar. You sign up for those yourself, you pay for them yourself, and your relationship is with them.

Their prices, their features, their terms, and their availability can change at any time, and we do not control any of it. Where we tell you what something typically costs, those figures are estimates rather than quotes. You are responsible for complying with the terms of every tool you use.

13Working with AI

Our products are built around files and prompts you give to an AI assistant. AI output varies, and it can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable without you noticing. Two people using the same files will get different results, and so will the same person on a different day.

Check what the AI produces before you rely on it or send it to anyone, especially anything that touches payments, personal data, security, or a legal or financial claim. What you publish, send, and ship is yours, and you are responsible for it.

14No promise of results

We make no guarantee of income, sales, customers, time saved, or any other result. What you get out of our products depends on your effort, your skill, your business, your market, and plenty of things none of us control. For the Vault, the revenue ranges and opportunity scores we publish are estimates from research and describe what a business of that type can earn, not what you will earn. Any example, case study, testimonial, or figure we show is an illustration rather than a typical result or a promise. Customer reviews on our pages are real customers' own words, shown with their names changed to protect their privacy.

15Not professional advice

Everything we publish is general information for business owners. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship between us. For your own situation, especially on company structure, tax, contracts, and handling customer data, talk to a qualified professional in your country.

16Vault ideas are shared with other members

Every Vault member sees the same library. An idea is not exclusive to you, and other members may build something similar. What makes your version work is your execution, your niche, and your customers.

17Changes to our products

We add, update, and retire content, and we change how our products work as they grow. When we update the Starter Kit or an add-on, your download page gives you the current version. We may remove a Vault idea or a feature where it no longer holds up, and we may suspend access briefly for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

18Suspending or ending access

You can stop using our products at any time, and you can ask us to delete your Vault account by emailing support@businesswithai.com.

We may end your download access or suspend or close your account if you break these terms, in particular by sharing your access, reselling or republishing our content, scraping the Vault, or abusing our team. Where the breach is minor and fixable we will ask you to fix it first. Where it is deliberate, access ends immediately and no refund is due.

19Emails from us

When you buy, we send the emails that come with your purchase, such as your receipt and your download link. We also add you to our customer email list for updates and offers about our products. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them. See our Privacy Policy for more.

20Warranties

We put real work into our products, and we stand behind the care we take, including through the Starter Kit's money-back guarantee. Even so, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information in it is complete, current, or accurate.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

21Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business with AI LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, or the cost of substitute products, arising out of or relating to the site or our products, whether the claim is in contract, tort, or anything else, and even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to this agreement is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid us nothing.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

22Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses, including legal fees, if a third party brings a claim against us because of the business you built, the content you published or sent, your use of our products in breach of these terms, or your breach of any law.

23Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If something goes wrong, email support@businesswithai.com first and give us 30 days to sort it out. Most problems end there. If they do not, you and we agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and we both consent to those courts' jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event it relates to, unless your local law requires longer.

Claims must be brought individually. Neither of us may bring a class action or act as a class representative, to the extent the law allows that agreement.

24Changes to these terms

We update these terms as our products and the law change, and the date at the top says when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email customers before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site or our products after that means you accept the new version. A change never takes away a refund you were already entitled to.

25Other terms

• Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce something straight away, we keep the right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if the business is sold or reorganized.
• Events outside our control. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by things we cannot reasonably control, such as an outage at a provider, a network failure, or a natural disaster.
• Feedback. If you send us an idea or a suggestion for our products, we may use it freely and without owing you anything for it.
• Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the site and our products, and they replace anything said before.
