The short version
You get access to the Vault for your own use and for building your own businesses. What you build with it is yours to keep and sell. You cannot share your account, resell the content, or republish it. Everything is delivered digitally the moment you pay, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We research and score every idea, and we cannot promise you will make money from one, because that depends on what you do with it.
The full detail is below. This summary is a guide, and the sections that follow are what actually applies.
01These terms
These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Business with AI LLC ("Business with AI", "we", "us", "our"). They cover the website at businesswithai.com, the free daily newsletter, the paid product we call the Vault, and any add-on products we sell.
By subscribing, buying, or using any of it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the product. Our Privacy Policy is part of this agreement and explains how we handle your personal information.
02Who can buy and use
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to commit that company to these terms, and "you" then means both you and the company.
One purchase is for one person. If several people in a business need access, each needs their own.
03What we offer
- The newsletter. A free daily email with a business idea and how to build your own version of it. Free to join, free to leave.
- The Vault. Paid access to our library of researched business ideas. Each one comes with the research behind it, a scored opportunity breakdown, a step-by-step build plan with prompts you paste into an AI assistant, a launch plan, and the templates and AI agent files that go with it. New ideas are added over time.
- Add-on products. From time to time we sell extras alongside the Vault, such as a downloadable playbook. Anything you buy is described on the page where you buy it.
The Vault is sold two ways: a one-time purchase for lifetime access, and a yearly subscription. Which one you are buying is stated at checkout before you pay.
04Your account
Buying the Vault creates an account tied to your email address, and you set a password when you first arrive. Keep it to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at support@businesswithai.com if you think someone else has got into it.
Give us accurate details, and keep your email address current, since that is how we reach you about your access and your purchase.
05Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by paying you also accept Stripe's terms for that transaction. We never see or store your full card number.
We run promotional and time-limited pricing, and we change our prices as the product grows. The price you pay is the one shown when you buy. A later price rise does not affect a purchase you have already made, and a later discount does not entitle you to a partial refund of what you paid.
Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT, or GST unless the checkout says otherwise. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added and shown at checkout.
If a price is displayed with an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund that payment rather than fulfill it at the wrong price.
06Subscriptions and renewals
If you buy the yearly subscription, it renews automatically each year at the then-current renewal price, charged to the card you used, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance if the renewal price changes.
You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account, which opens a self-service portal, or by emailing support@businesswithai.com. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no part of that payment is refunded.
If a renewal payment fails, we and Stripe may retry it. If it keeps failing, access ends and you can restart any time by subscribing again. Your saved ideas and progress stay in your account while it exists, so coming back puts you where you left off.
07What lifetime access means
Lifetime access means a single payment with no renewal, and it lasts for as long as we operate the Vault. It belongs to you and cannot be transferred or sold to anyone else.
If we ever have to shut the Vault down, we will give lifetime customers at least 30 days' notice by email and a way to download the material you have been using. We do not promise that every feature or every idea available today will still be there tomorrow, and content is added, updated, and retired over time.
08No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, on any purchase.
Everything we sell is digital and is delivered in full the moment your payment goes through. You get the whole library, every plan, every prompt, and every template immediately, which means there is nothing to return and no way to un-see it. That is why the price is what it is, and why we tell you before you buy.
By buying, you ask us to give you access straight away, you agree that delivery is complete as soon as you can sign in, and, to the extent the law lets you, you give up any right to cancel or withdraw that would otherwise apply to a digital purchase.
This applies to one-time purchases, add-on products, and subscription payments, including a renewal you forgot was coming. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges, and it does not refund a charge already made.
Two things are not covered by this policy, and we will always sort them out: a duplicate charge or a technical billing error, and a case where we cancel your order ourselves. If you cannot get into what you paid for, that is a support problem and we will fix it. Email support@businesswithai.com before disputing a charge with your bank, because a chargeback closes your access while it is investigated, and a problem we could have solved in an hour turns into weeks.
Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
09What you can do with the content
While your access is active, you have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use everything in the Vault to build and run your own businesses. That includes the research, the plans, the prompts, the templates, and the AI agent files.
You can use the prompts and templates in your own products and your own marketing, adapt them however you like, and keep using anything you built while your access was active, even if a subscription later ends.
10What you cannot do
- Share your login, or give anyone else access to your account.
- Sell, licence, publish, or give away the Vault's content, in whole or in part, whether as it is or lightly reworded.
- Use the content to build or run a competing library, course, membership, newsletter, or database of business ideas.
- Copy the material in bulk, scrape the site, or use automated tools to download the library.
- Use the content to train an AI model, or feed the library into one for that purpose. Using an AI assistant to help you build your own business from a plan is exactly what the product is for, and that is fine.
- Remove our notices or branding from anything you were given.
- Try to get around the paywall, sign-in, or any other technical limit, or help anyone else do so.
- Use the site or the product for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms the service or other members.
11What you build is yours
The business you create is yours. We claim no ownership of it, no share of its revenue, and no rights over the code, the brand, the content, or the customers you build with what you learned here. Take an idea, change it, run with it, and sell the business one day if you want to.
Everything else stays ours. The Vault, the website, the newsletter, the research, the plans, the prompts, the templates, the designs, and the Business with AI name and logo belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
12Tools and costs outside the Vault
Building a business from one of our plans means using tools we do not own, such as an AI coding assistant, a payment processor, a hosting provider, and a domain registrar. You sign up for those yourself, you pay for them yourself, and your relationship is with them.
Their prices, their features, their terms, and their availability can change at any time, and we do not control any of it. We tell you what a build typically costs so you can plan, and those figures are estimates rather than quotes. You are responsible for complying with the terms of every tool you use.
13Working with AI
Our plans are built around prompts you paste into an AI assistant. AI output varies, and it can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable without you noticing. Two people running the same prompt will get different results, and so will the same person on a different day.
Check what the AI produces before you rely on it, especially anything that touches payments, personal data, security, or a legal or financial claim. What you publish and ship is yours, and you are responsible for it.
14No promise of results
We research each idea, look at what comparable businesses earn, and publish a revenue range and an opportunity score. Those are estimates from research, and they describe what a business of that type can earn, not what you will earn.
We make no guarantee of income, sales, customers, or any other result. What you get out of this depends on your effort, your skill, your market, your timing, your pricing, and plenty of things none of us control. Most new businesses take longer and earn less than the founder hoped, and some earn nothing at all. Any example, case study, or figure we show is an illustration rather than a typical result or a promise.
15Not professional advice
Everything we publish is general information for entrepreneurs. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship between us. For your own situation, especially on company structure, tax, contracts, and handling customer data, talk to a qualified professional in your country.
16Ideas are shared with other members
Every member sees the same library. An idea is not exclusive to you, other members may build something similar, and we may keep publishing about the same idea in the newsletter. What makes your version work is your execution, your niche, and your customers.
17Changes to the product
We add, update, and retire content, and we change how the product works as it grows. We aim to keep improving what you paid for, and we may remove an idea or a feature where it no longer holds up. We may also suspend access briefly for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
18Suspending or closing an account
You can stop using the Vault at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@businesswithai.com.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, in particular by sharing your access, reselling or republishing the content, scraping the library, or abusing our team. Where the breach is minor and fixable we will ask you to fix it first. Where it is deliberate, access ends immediately, and consistent with the refunds section, no refund is due.
19The newsletter
The daily newsletter is free, and it includes offers for the Vault and occasionally for other products. Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any issue. We may change its schedule, format, or content, or stop sending it.
20Warranties
We put real work into the research and the plans, and we stand behind the care we take. Even so, the site and the product are provided "as is" and "as available", and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information in it is complete, current, or accurate.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
21Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business with AI LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, or the cost of substitute products, arising out of or relating to the site, the newsletter, or the Vault, whether the claim is in contract, tort, or anything else, and even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to this agreement is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid us nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
22Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses, including legal fees, if a third party brings a claim against us because of the business you built, the content you published, your use of the Vault in breach of these terms, or your breach of any law.
23Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
If something goes wrong, email support@businesswithai.com first and give us 30 days to sort it out. Most problems end there. If they do not, you and we agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and we both consent to those courts' jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event it relates to, unless your local law requires longer.
Claims must be brought individually. Neither of us may bring a class action or act as a class representative, to the extent the law allows that agreement.
24Changes to these terms
We update these terms as the product and the law change, and the date at the top says when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email subscribers and customers before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site or the Vault after that means you accept the new version.
25Other terms
- Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce something straight away, we keep the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if the business is sold or reorganized.
- Events outside our control. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by things we cannot reasonably control, such as an outage at a provider, a network failure, or a natural disaster.
- Feedback. If you send us an idea or a suggestion for the product, we may use it freely and without owing you anything for it.
- Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the site, the newsletter, and the Vault, and they replace anything said before.
